The initial assessment session (60 minutes) is priced at £70.

During our first session, we will discuss your goals for coaching and hypnotherapy and how we can work together to achieve them.

Subsequent sessions (50 minutes) are priced between £70 and £100, depending on factors such as the session location, time of day, frequency, and duration. The number of sessions will vary based on your individual needs. Many clients find that regular weekly appointments help build momentum and trust, often at the same time and day each week.

Please note that the full session fee applies to all scheduled appointments, including cancellations, unless we can reschedule. Payment can be made by cheque, cash, or in advance. A 50% deposit is required for the initial assessment.

Lastly, please inform me if you are using alcohol, prescribed, or non-prescribed drugs, and let me know of any previous therapeutic work you have done.
